Payment for anesthesia services is due two weeks prior to the day of treatment. In the event the anesthesia time exceeds the estimate given, the patient is responsible for the additional charges at the end of the appointment. There is a $300 non-refundable cancellation and/or rescheduling fee once the anesthesia fees are collected.
